Helpful context for support
- App platform: iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch.
- App version and build number from the About screen.
- Whether route guidance showed a recent reading, forecast estimate, cached guidance, or weak-signal state.
- Whether location, Health, notification, Calendar, or iCloud permission recently changed.
- For Guided AQI-Aware Walk, whether the Watch showed acquiring GPS, off course, limited GPS, partial save, or route unavailable.
Common checks
- Confirm location permission is available for the app.
- Refresh route guidance while the device has network access.
- Confirm Calendar and notification permissions before testing saved routes or reminders.
- For Guided AQI-Aware Walk, confirm Plus access, precise location, Apple Health workout and workout-route access, an acknowledged eligible route, and adequate GPS reception on Apple Watch.
- Completed walks are reviewed and deleted through Apple Health. Air Quality Router does not provide a separate workout history.
- Mac route planning requires active Plus; StoreKit purchase, restore, billing, and cancellation use Apple subscription management.
